“Oh, I wish I didn’t feel like this!” How many times have you said this to yourself? How many times have you tried to fight your way out of a funk? How many times have you wished you did not feel sad, mad, angry, jealous, or a whole host of other emotions that, frankly, just feel like crap?
Too many times, if you are like most of us!
Emotions have two sources, and neither is outside of you. Nope: It’s not your partner’s doing, your teacher’s doing, your parent’s doing, nor anyone else’s.
  No one has enough power or magic to put a feeling or emotion into your head!
