HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY & END PANIC ATTACKS
An increased oxygen level will both relax and energize you. Oxygen is a key to life, it feeds every cell in your body and your cells and organs use it to both regenerate/revitalize, and when well saturated, they expend less energy to function. I recommend this practice three times per day: when you get up, midday and in the evening.

Meditation is very popular these days, and now you know why. It is key to living a happy, stress-free life. Since it requires little skill, no equipment and can be done anywhere, it is not expensive or difficult to practice.
In your community there are likely countless resources that will enable you to connect with others to learn more about, and practice, this skill. If you want to go to the masters, contact your local Buddhist temple – most offer free programs to teach meditation (and they generally don’t try and recruit you!). Schools, community centres, universities and medical clinics all frequently offer courses on, or gatherings for, meditation.
The more practice you get in, the quicker you will master this skill. Team up with a friend, family member or partner who also wants a stress-free life and get them doing their three, two-minute meditations a day – and keep each other motivated!
