Mott Community College (MCC) has exciting opportunities formulated especially for individuals seeking to begin a new career in only one-year, customized training for our regional employers; as well as community engagement resources and activities for individuals and families!!! Whether you are visiting MCC’s Workforce Education Center, Regional Technology Center, Career and Employment Center, or The Flint/Genesee Literacy Network; we are here to provide a wide range of education, training, employment, enrichment, and supportive services.
Programs include entry level, national certifications, adult education, lifelong learning as well as career and employment assistance. Students are further rewarded with MCC’s wealth of services and assistance. The emphasis is to prepare students with the skills necessary for high demand jobs as well as set them on a career pathway to higher education. Additionally, we offer grant funding, scholarships and specialized training programs as demanded by the economy. We are devoted to helping people and businesses connect with programs, resources, and customized training for our regional employers.
Community Development and Asset Building provides programs in financial awareness; skill building; capacity and partnership; improvement of literacy levels, tax preparation and assistance; and community engagement. We envision our community development and asset building creating pathways to better lives and sustainability for individuals, families, and partners. We are devoted to helping our community and region reach greater heights than ever before.
