4:00 PM Red Carpet Express sets up carpet at venue (Beauchamp Carr Room next to
Rich Theatre)

THURS, JANUARY 31
9:00 AM Access to venue begins

12:00 PM Sponsors arrive to set up activation areas [Boys & Girls Club, Radio One, AARP]
RCE returns for last minute carpet set-up Tap Snap arrives to set up selfie
station

1:30 PM ONE/35 staff arrive to set up media check-in and press line. Set-up materials
include: press line markers, printed cards for photo slate, directional signs, media
credentials, easels, RSVP lists, PPT loop, event kit

3:30 PM Media check-in begins in lobby across from Rich Theatre.

5:00 PM Red carpet opens; Pre-reception begins in Center Space

Talent/VIP arrival is at circular driveway at Callaway Plaza (corner of Peachtree
& 15th)

Call-time for Pastors/SBGC officials

5:30 PM Call-time for talent/VIPs

7:00 PM Carpet closes; Atlanta Symphony Hall doors open
