Engagement and Data Capture Duties

Our volunteer and ambassador teams will be engaging guests to the booth with a series of
activities designed to capture data for the event. Below is an overview of each day’s activities.

Each Day: We will feature Stop RX Petition Signing, Sisters Newsletter Signup,
Virtual Prize Wheel, Family Selfie Photo Booth, Phone Charging Station, Sisters
Postcards, "Sisterhood is Beautiful" Contest, Daymond John Entrepreneurship
Contest and Money Grab Machine.
1. The Ipads will be used to collect data for the Sisters postcards, phone charging and money
grab machine.
2. The Virtual Prize Wheel and Selfie Booth collect data upon use.
3. The signed petitions will be collected and entered into the Ipads throughout the day.

Friday, August 30, 2019: VIP Concert Upgrade and "Sisterhood is Beautiful" Contest
1. There will be limited upgrade tickets available; AARP card must be shown for upgrade –
enter the name of the person receiving upgrade into Ipad. REACH Media team on hand
for support.
2. We will encourage visitors to use the URL to sign up for the contest.
3. We will encourage visitors to fill out Sisters Postcards and capture data with Ipad.
4. We will ask visitors to sign the Stop RX Greed petitions.

Saturday, August 31, 2019: Entrepreneurship Contest and "Sisterhood is Beautiful" Contest
1. We share the palm cards for both contests and ask visitors to enter using the URL.
2. During Kim Coles’ Meet and Greet, we will ask for data as people take pics and hand them
a spa mask for participating.
3. We will continue to use the Stop RX Greed petitions.

Sunday, September 1, 2019: Census 2020 Job Opportunities
1. We will promote available jobs as census takers and encourage visitors to visit URL.
2. Sisters Postcards and Stop RX Greed Campaign petitions data capture.

We will provide you with a bag of premium items to encourage signup (bags, hand sanitizers,
etc.). Encourage people to utilize the daily options – Charging stations, prize wheel, money
grab machine and family selfie booth.

Please review the talking points and the pictures of contest cards and Census 2020 brochure
to familiarize yourself with each item and the ways to use them to attract engagement and
signup (data captures). Your event manager is always on hand to answer questions and will
provide guidance on which tactic will be used throughout the course of each day.
