Senior Lounge FAQ

1. Location of the event: Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV
89109. www.caesars.com/ballys-las-vegas.

2. Where is parking located and what is reimbursement? For this show, only brand ambassadors
will be used and will submit receipts to production manager at the end of the show. Self-serve
parking garages or public transportation should be utilized.

3. How will we be reimbursed for food or parking? For this show, only brand ambassadors will
be used; a $20 stipend will be provided per ambassador per day. Please keep your receipts and
submit to production manager daily.

4. How do we retrieve access to the lounge? We will have exhibit badges at the senior lounge,
Palace Rooms 1 and 2. Once the show opens, you can come directly to our senior lounge for
your shift. Directional signs will be available to point out and direct you to the senior lounge.

5. What should we wear? AARP tee-shirts will be provided to brand ambassadors.

6. Where is the senior lounge located? The AARP senior lounge is located on Bridge West.

7. What happens if we cannot reach a staffer prior to our shift? Who do we call? – Contact

8. What time should we be there? You should be there 20-30 minutes before your shift begins.
