Ralph: I’m excited to be a part of this conversation, “Fine At Any Age”
sponsored by AARP. This is a day of empowering and re-energizing women! I’m
thrilled to talking with Sam Fine, legendary makeup artist, to discuss our career

journey and the ways that Sam highlights our inner beauty into an exquisite physical
manifestation as an artist to the stars. I’m especially excited to speak to my Sorors
th
at our 54 National Convention.

Ralph: AARP has an initiative encourage those 50+ to Disrupt Aging to help us
become our best selves. When you think of your clients and the women you have
helped to mold their physical beauty over the years, what does that mean to you?

Ralph: We celebrate those who own their age. You have the mirror in front of you
– how do you use it as a tool to discuss new ways of living and aging.

Ralph: Sam, your journey has come from hard work and a commitment to your
craft. Can you share one or two things you learned that inspire you now that are
different from when you first started in the industry?

Ralph: Aging is a part of the human experience, and our job is to get the absolute

most out of it. How do you each of us, regardless of age, explore our value from
our inner beauty that then reflects on our outward appearance?

Ralph: Can you share some quick beauty tips that work inter-generationally for all
of us?

Ralph: Sam, tell us how you age so gracefully? What’s the secret?
