Event Social Media – MAE to send pic to IOI
• On-site photographer/videographer on Wednesday and Thursday – July 31-August 1, 2019 to deliver
images/video to IOI for AARP reception and MC Lyte performance.
• Photographs – with Kappa Alpha Psi, AARP Leadership and Talent
• July 31, 2019 – AARP Reception – 5:30 P.M. – 6:30 P.M. – Senior Lounge – Bridge West
• August 1, 2019 - New 50-Year Member Reception – 4:00-4:15 P.M. – Location TBD
• August 1, 2019 - MC Lyte – 7:15 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. – Senior Lounge – Bridge West

• Shots of conference attendees engaging at the AARP senior lounge area, such as:
