Our Executive Chef, Igor Pescarolo, selects the best local and imported products to offer to our

Based on your request, our Chef Igor and his team will tailor your menu such as vegetarian,
vegan, gluten free or any special dietary meal. If you have any food allergies or intolerance,
please talk to our staff upon arrival.
A private diner on the beach or in the intimacy of your room are available on request. Set menu
or bespoke menu are at your convenience according to individual taste. Our team is open to your
requirements to offer a delightful culinary experience.
