5. Qu'ud                                                                           7. Second Qu'ud


             Assume the sitting position with the body weight resting on the
             two feet. Stay in this position for a few seconds.                             Assume short sitting position as in Qu'ud (5) and move on to
                                                                                            standing position to begin the next rakaat.









            O my God, forgive my sin, and be merciful to me, protect me,
          lift me up, refresh me, give me guidance, save me, and forgive me.
