Launch Events Workstream - Audiences and Objectives
For Employees – To celebrate the dawn of a new era in our company’s transformation, to create a positive engagement between the brand and its employees, to reinforce employee understanding of what it will mean to work for O, and the journey of change we will need to make.
For Media - to create a positive first engagement between the brand and key media, to ensure their understanding that the identity change is part of a broader network/product/service/people transformation that underpins and gives credibility to the identity transformation.
For Communities – to grab attention at a local level, to create awareness of the identity change, to create a positive first engagement between the brand and customers/non customers both online and in person within their communities.
