            In the near future, Ms. Leschak will be
            sharing a webinar focused on contract

            all employees can watch to educate
            themselves on some of the basic points
            of contract review. For example, what
            terms are acceptable and unacceptable,
            and what we want to avoid having
            included in our contracts. It’s really a
            topic that impacts everyone. In addition,
            an Insurance page on Hill’s intranet will
            be developed that will also include some
            standard do’s and don’ts and certificate
            of insurance requests, among other
            things.”
            Concluded Ms. Leschak, “It may not be in
            the forefront of our conscience, but every
            day, what our employees do on a project,
            what choices they make, can all directly
            impact Hill’s insurance program. Our
            safety impacts our program and our rates.
            Making smart choices and safe decisions
            are paramount because every time we
            have a claim against our insurance,
            it impacts our insurance and costs.
            Everyone should know that our insurance
            policies are there should they be needed,
            but like any insurance policy, we would
            prefer to not have to use it.”
