Expect More... The Team Approach

The Debbie Reed Team is comprised of REALTORS®
and support staff. The REALTORS® are divided into
two categories: Buyers’ Specialists and Assistants to
Debbie Reed.

The Buyers’ Specialists work under the auspices of

The Debbie Reed Team, primarily matching interested
buyers with available properties. They may also
facilitate listing of properties for sale by The Debbie
Reed Team. Once a client establishes a relationship
WE ARE #1 with a specific Buyers’ Specialist, that relationship is
maintained. The Buyers’ Specialist has full access to the
support staff and offices.

#1 RE/MAX TEAM in our The Assistants to Debbie Reed do not work
Region (DE/PA) Again in 2016 independently, but rather under the direct supervision

and direction of Debbie Reed. This allows Debbie’s
customers to have access to professionals familiar
with their specific situations, even when Debbie is
unavailable.

The support staff is cross-trained to handle the various

clerical duties of marketing properties listed for
sale and closing escrow on properties proceeding to
settlement.

All Team members are fully trained in the Innovia®
Multiple Listing System and are authorized to enter
and modify listings.
