Stamatis Skliris and and designed by Denis Vikić, generously supported by Steve and Laura Burge; this edition is limited to 2000 copies and was published in Alhambra, California, in Liturgical Books series, number 1, printed at the Interklima­ grafika press in Vrnjci, Serbia, owned by Kyr Ljubiša Čeperković, realized by Sebastian Press in Los Angeles, CA, and finished on the 26th day of February, in the year of the Lord 2018.
