EARTH THAT IS WORTH POWER OF WOMEN
Poem Poem
This Mother Earth, She is an ocean or a rock,
Who gives us life; The calm and peaceful or a shock?
Our Mother Earth, If air is her breadth and the sky is her length,
Stabbed with a knife, Then sparkling stars can count her strength.
This sea of emotion is a wonderful creation,
She has given all of us, Whose daring eyes could change even the nation.
The land, soil and dust. She is not only a mother nor simply a wife,
Something that we must, If one understands, is the essence of life.
Preserve before it rusts... Sometimes she's a recurring history,
Whereas other times almost an unknown mystery.
There are mountains, there are valleys; What she possesses and what she knows,
There is soil, there are alleys. No one can guess until she discloses.
So please do keep a tally,
Of what is new and what is shabby.

THE BUTTERFLY
Poem
I saw something in the sky;
Mother Earth, Our Mother Earth; With wings of colours red and gold,
Lost so much but still she works. They fly in and out of trees and shrubs.
God knows how long she’ll stand with us Not going near human beings,
So start preserving, make no fuss. Like all the rabbits around the world.
I take a look at the sleeping one.
We must stand together,
To save this treasure.
Or this harsh climate
Will take over cool weather
Like it or not,
this is a must;
Save Earth together
as a unified ‘US’.
