Three–level outline
Quito must provide free bicycle transport,
I. Quito has a lot of traffic and too much air pollution.
A. If people can ride bicycles through the city, and traffic and smog
will decrease. That will be better for everyone's health, but especially for
people who live near the highways.
II. If citizens travel by bicycle, life will be a little easier for people, to
survive.
A. People who work in minimum wage jobs find it difficult in today's
economy.
B. The cost of rent, food, medicine and other necessities is high.
III. Using a bicycle is faster than public transport.
A. The city of Quito, located in Ecuador, offers a program called
“Ciclopaseo”.
