                                         Merchandising Updates



               Please remember to capture / confirm the following information during the Initial Business
               Planning Meeting to facilitate a smooth and positive merchandising experience for our
               customers:



           Important scheduling information
              o Dates/Times that tend to work well for calls and visits
              o Dates/Times that tend to be inconvenient for calls and visits
              o Record information in "Merchandising Notes" field of EE Opportunity in
                SFDC



                     Co  nfirm the merchandising contact under "Contact Roles" of the EE Opportunity
                     in SFDC is accurate
                           o Confirm the individual and phone number are correct
                           o Ensure the listed merchandising contact can make decisions as to selection
                              and placement of pieces










                         As a reminder, we started shipping out the first issue of our new tabletop
                         publication, Sights of Wonder to Essilor Experts accounts that have already
                         received their merchandising installation. This engaging piece will help
                         ECP practices inspire and educate patients, while also offering
                         potential lens solutions for their various visual needs.  A notecard will
                         be included that will provide the practice with an overview of the
                         piece and proposed placement within the office to maximize
                         effectiveness.












                 We previously mentioned it is critical to begin streamlining the Essilor Experts merchandising
                 execution.  We are initiating a merchandising pilot and have identified two districts (East & West) to
                 participate.   We have reached out to select brand consultants for pilot awareness and participation
                 with a kickoff of Monday March 13th.   We are looking forward to identifying the most effective
                 means for merchandising implementation in order to provide maximum value to our customers.
