Vision Source Rebate

Details for ECP Members

VSP Bundle Rebate

• Bundle must include Lens and Anti-reflective to qualify. Product combinations not combined
per bundle will revert to standard VS pricing.
• Qualifying lenses include (W2+, W3+, S Fit) in Poly 1.5 or higher material (Trivex, 1.67, 1.74).
• Qualifying Anti Reflective includes Crizal Avance and higher (Sapphire, Prevencia).
• Transitions VII & Xtractive.

Bundle Portfolio Pricing

• Bundles must be combined in same manner as VSP bundles
noted above.
• Truclear bundles follow same instructions and must include the

AR in bundle or higher AR .
• Xperio UV bundles follow same instructions .

ECP Quarterly Rebate

• Qualifying rebate percentage is based on total quarterly ship to sales.
o $30,000 and above = 9.0%
o $12,000 to $30,000 = 7.5%
o $8,000 to $12,000 = 3.0%
o Total sales below $8,000 for the quarter do not qualify.
• Sales eligible for rebate are total ship to sales minus following:

o All sales using table 54 pricing.
o 3 party billed, managed care sales.

o Any and all AR coating sales (coating portion of the sales only, not the full transaction)
o Any Private Label lens sales (Truclear, Compuclear, PALz and Vx S)(lens portion of the
sales only, not the full transaction).

• Rebate earned is determined by qualified rebate percentage times remaining rebate eligible sales.

Eyemed Truclear Viso rebate
• Every Truclear job ordered on Eyemed bill to receives $22 rebate.
• Every Viso job ordered on Eyemed bill to receives $5 rebate.
• If Truclear lens has Transitions receive additional $7.
• Earn up to $34 with combination of Truclear, Viso and Transitions on Eyemed bill to.

All ECP member rebates are calculated and a check for the total amount is sent to Vision
Source. Vision Source breaks out member detail and disperses rebate checks to
individual members.
