this comprehensive solution for all Vision Source® members in order to provide the highest quality lenses for their
patients along with exclusive pricing and member rebates (VSP, Eyemed, and Spectera).
Key Success Factors
Help Vision Source® members move to higher VSP categories that are more profitable. Replace the
existing category F DEFINITY® rebate with the new Vision Source® products that have rebates and
that are found within VSP categories F, O, N.
Drive higher profitability by changing member behaviors with bundle portfolio offerings and
VSP bundled rebates.
Provide a new Vision Source® exclusive Price Rebate program that will increase member growth
and loyalty to Essilor and Vision Source®.
Attract Hoya and other non-Essilor members with exclusive savings and rebates on Varilux®,
Crizal®, Transitions®, and Vision Source® products.
Utilize the new Pricing Rebate program to attract new Vision Source® membership.
