SFDC Enhancements – Effective 10/28

There are 7 notable SalesForce.com (SFDC) enhancements that are now available for use:

1. VS Admin Flag (e.g. Checkbox)
a. Available to denote which Lab Locations and EE Opportunities correspond with a VS Admin Location.
b. Lab Sales resources are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this flag.

2. Lab Account Setup Complete date field
a. Lab Sales Reps should update the Lab Account Setup Complete field with the date that they have confirmed with the
ECP that their accounts are setup ready to be utilized for ordering.

3. Practice Management Field Changes and Additions
a. Practice Management System and PMS Version values have been updated.
b. A PM Supported checkbox has been added, which is derived by the values input in PM System and Version fields.

4. RxA Required Report
a. A report has been created for Lab Sales to monitor for opportunities that need Rx Analysis to be uploaded in order to
proceed with the program.
