                             In  the place in  the rope

                           wrap  a complete  turn around
                           the  hand from  front  to back.





















                              Add another turn so
                           2  that now  there are
                           three  cord parts  on both
                          sides  of your hand.







                                         Pick  up  the middle
                                      3  cord and pass  it over
                                      the right cord .
