                  BEFORE EVENT

                  Before the event I need to do some things, for example I need to check the songs. I need to send
                  out the invitations, and I need to check the sound system.

                  So I’m going to check the songs. Andrea’s going to get his father to check the sound system before
                  the event and Andrea will also try to get some people to send out the invitations.

                  DURING EVENT

                  I need to get done the agenda, the auditorium, the speakers, the snacks.


                  My friends and classmates going to put it done all.
