FINAL REFLECTION
The most important things I have learned in this syllabus had been how to develop
writing skills. I have improved my vocabulary because I have learned some new and
academic words though reading several texts. I have also learned how a word can
change into a verb, adjective, adverb, etc. I have learned grammar rules. I have learned
how to organize essays through going outlines.
I have achieved these learning outcomes: Apply strategies for distinguishing
differences and similarities and justify decisions with supporting evidence and
arguments in written compositions. Argue viewpoints and opinions logically and
coherently in written compositions. Demonstrate logical organization in written
products. Manipulate organization and formatting of written texts in order to achieve
different effects. Write effectively in different voices and styles for various purposes.
To achieve these learning outcomes I have worked with my professor and my
classmates in several activities; for example; I have wrote essays about different topics
such as; role models, Ecuador, and migration. I have read some texts in order to
identify main idea and supporting ideas.
In conclusion, I think I worked with responsibility in each topic of this syllabus. My
professor taught me a lot of important things for my future professional development.
I have achieved almost all the goals that the program´s exit profile describe, so I feel
satisfied,
