BABY HADLOC started her career in Magsaysay Maritime
Corporation in 2004 as the Branch Manager of Magsaysay Davao. As a
former crew herself, the operation was not new to her. She was
immediately given a break to head an International office, in Indonesia
from 2007 - 2009. As a result of her assignment, she was promoted as
a Fleet Head of Costa Crociere - Hotel Department in Manila where
she served for 3 years. A call of duty brought her back to PTMM as
General Manager for another 3 years. Shortly after that, she had
another assignment to Head Central Visayas, Cebu office from 2015-
2017. Being a woman definitely did not stop her to run as Fleet Director

of Cruise Technical, it was a long and difficult ride to get where she
currently is but it was all worth it. It is for sure a test of strength and
pride of being a woman.

JEVELYN HUMILDE joined Magsaysay last 2016 September as
Fleet Training Representative under Holland America Group

composing Princess Cruises and P&O Australia. March 2017 when
she became regular employee, ensuring compliance of STCW and
MARINA requirement, coordination with different training centers,
prepare training overview report and planning and scheduling of
crewmembers for training. A dependable team member in the fleet.
