LRO and the effects on the Availability and the Make Ready

Master Schedule

 Every Northland Community has a specific number of days to turn

an apartment set in MRI. These numbers range from 7-15 days.

EX: Paramount is set at 10 days

 Once a specific apartment is vacated, LRO automatically assumes

that apartment will be ready in 10 days.

 After the 10 days the unit will show as available “Now” with no
make ready date on the Unit Availability and Pricing Report.

 This can cause issues as the office team may think the apartment

is ready when it is not truly ready

 It is important that accurate make ready dates are being entered
in MRI.

 When a make ready date is entered in MRI* it will pull to the

“Date Made Ready Column” on the Unit Availability and Pricing

Report.
