 Click on the right hand side of the “Resident” box. This will bring up a

search function.
 Select the Resident who requested the service request.

 Search for Resident name, either by first or last.

 Make sure that you double check the name if you have multiple
residents with the same first or last name. Hit the blue “Select” button.
