Adjusting the Rent Rate - Applicant

In the event your reserving an apartment and the rent price has
changed, you can edit the amount during taking an apartment off the

market.

Please note, an LRO variance will result, and Resident Notes must be

entered with an explanation for the change.

 Lease options tab.

 Select the apartment the prospect is applying for.

 You can change the rent amount under monthly rent.
