The year 2018 marks 100 years since the birth of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan
Al Nahyan, the Founding Father of the UAE, who passed away in 2004 (May his
soul rest in peace)

The objective of this initiative is to Educate and create greater awareness about

the life and achievements of the late Sheikh Zayed among local, regional and
international audiences.

To mark the year of Zayed GIHS students were engaged in various activities such

as:

 Grade-2 – Draw and coloring of monument in the UAE.

 Grade-3 – Draw the logo of Year of Zayed.
