                                                                                                                                                          ¼ red or Vidalia onion
                                                                                                                                                          1 clove garlic
                                                                                                                                                          ½ cup water
                 yields 2 cups
                                                                                                                                                          1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
                                                                                                                                                          ½ teaspoon Bragg liquid aminos or sea salt
               HOMEMADE                                                                                                                                   2 tablespoons dulse flakes (optional)
               MAYONNAISE                                                                                                                                 1/3 cup oil
              2 eggs                                                                                                                                      In a blender, blend all the ingredients well. Add salt if needed.
