Heaven except for fear of Heaven.”
One who makes the attempt to do mitzvot will receive Heavenly
assistance.
Rav Shach said that a person can fool even himself, since he is subjective.
One should beware of this failing.
Bnei Yisrael accepted the suffering of exile in order to merit inheriting the
Holy Land. They were the only ones worthy of this distinction, not Eisav
or Yishmael.
“The Rock! – perfect is His work, for all His
paths are justice; a G-d of faith without iniquity,
righteous and fair is He”
