“Hashem said to Moshe: Say to the Kohanim,
the sons of Aharon, and you shall say to them:
to a [dead] person he shall not become impure
among his people”

What is the relevance of Har Sinai to the mitzvah of shemittah? Rashi
explains that just as all the details of the mitzvah of shemittah were
transmitted at Har Sinai, likewise the details of all other mitzvot were
given there as well. But this could have been learned from any other
mitzvah. According to the Midrash, when Moshe ascended to Heaven, the
angels sought to kill him. Hashem told him to grasp on to the Heavenly
Throne and contend with the angels. Why did Hashem not refute the
arguments of the angels Himself? Also, why was it necessary for Moshe
to seize the Heavenly Throne?
