Our visa processing partner RentAtSeoul (RAS) will contact
you for your working visa processing before you join the
company (at least 4 weeks in advance).
RAS collects all RAS makes an RAS & new hire New hire’s ARC
the required appointment at visit immigration is mailed to the
Korean
documents from Immigration office or KOTRA company within
new hire & HR office or KOTRA to apply for visa 2~ 3 weeks
1. What to prepare on your side before your arrival
• Copy of your passport (identification page)
• Resume
• Transcript or Certificate of your highest education
• Employment Certificate from former employers depending
on your level of highest education.
(For E7 visa only)
• Tuberculosis Test Certificate (depending on your nationality)
※ Other required documents will be prepared by Coupang
2. What to prepare on your side after your arrival to visit
immigration office
• Original passport of you and your accompanying family
• Two passport photos of you and your accompanying family
3. How long it takes to get your visa issued once the visa
application is submitted.
• D8: 1 day
• E7: 2 weeks
