WALTZ FOR PATRIOTS

eautiful ladies evening gowned and fit military men in full dress
reversing in fascinating whirl of waltz to the strains of music of a
Bmilitary orchestra. It is not an illustration to a novel of XIX century,
it is the Officers’ Ball of XXI century – a wonderful tradition tracing its
roots to the one before the last century and restored by the head of our
company and a reserve officer Roman VASILENKO. The first officers’ ball
commemorating the Victory Day was held in a significant for our Motherland
hero city Volgograd. In 2017 this annual event was held in Sevastopol and
Yalta and became quite an event in the cultural life of the Crimea. In 2018
Moscow hosted the Ball.
To this holiday filled with love to the country the well-known workers
in culture, military men, and heroes of the Russian Federation are invited.
These people who served their country in their respective field share the
stories about their participation in the events being significant for our
country and for each of us. Due to such heroes it becomes clear that
Russian courage, stamina, character are not outdated, they are constantly
on the increase.
According to Roman VASILENKO, this patriotic event is for
commemoration, for upbringing young people, for us, in order we can
transfer the memories about those who came before us to a younger
generation.
Probably, each person who at least once was a participant of this grand
and at the same time touching event received the exact answer to the
question “What do we live?”: we live this memory about the acts of bravery
of the heroes of our big great country.
For this very reason an obligatory program of the Officers’ Ball includes
the visit of places which are holy for our people. So, in Sevastopol it was a
flower-laying ceremony at the Memory Memorial and the Eternal Flame,
and in Moscow – a visit to the Museum of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
As envisioned by the President of the company Life is Good, such events
are not just the tribute to the historical tradition, but a part of ideology of
the Holding as a community of likeminded people whose life and activity
are aimed to create, to restore the memory of people, patriotism and, as a
consequence, the strength and the power of our country.
