Free Three Night Pre or Post-Cruise Land Program in Cape Town: Dates will be for arrival on December 5th. A
post cruise option is also available on request. Guests who do not want the 3 Night pre or post Cruise may take an
additional $750.00 off of the published cruise rates. Concierge Suites and above receive a 1 night free pre-cruise
luxury hotel package, however, there is no credit for guest taking the 3 night pre-cruise.

Single Occupancy: A limited amount of singles at the rate of 175% beginning in category F and above are
available. Once single allocation is sold out, single rates are 200% (subject to availability).

General Conditions: Cancellations after initial booking will incur a $100.00 per person fee. We strongly encourage

purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment. Additional penalties apply beginning 150
days prior to departure.

150-121 days prior to departure 25% of total Fare
120 to 91 days prior to departure 50% of total Fare
90 to 61 days prior to departure 75% of total Fare
60 to 0 days or less prior to departure 100% of total Fare

Deposits & Payments: Deposit of 10% of the total cruise fare per person fare must be paid to book reservations. A
minimum monthly payment of $500 per person is suggested thereafter until the final payment due date of
September 25th, 2020.

Business Class Airfare: will be available approximately 11 months prior to sailing (January, 2020). Coach options
are also available. A credit of $4000.00 per person can be taken if you do not want the airfare option (See page 6).

Visas: Regent will obtain a visa for Mozambique at the cost of $99 per person.
