Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) is a medical condition where blood clot
forms in the vein deep in the body. The blood clot clumps together
across valve of the vein which obstruct the normal blood flow which
further causes heart and lungs related disorders.Pulmonary embolism
continues to be 'suspected' more often than is diagnosed. This could
increase the chances of death of the patient. Most blood clots occur in
the lower leg or
thigh. No wearable device is available in the market which
solves this problem. Present intervention has developed a wearable
electronic device which can use intermittent gradient air pressure
across affected region.
