Important Information

There are different room options when booking your function - which can be
enjoyed inside or outside, formally or informally. The Riverboat Restaurant seats 50
persons maximum and is lovely for intimate gatherings. The Auditorium is our
largest room and can be broken down into a smaller room if needed (Jack High
Bar). The Auditorium seats 480 people with a large dance floor if required.

Included in all our packages complimentary is tea and coffee, which is set up for
your guests to help themselves throughout your function. Please enquire about
children’s meals for children under 12 years old.

If you wish to have your own cake (birthday, wedding) for dessert, and would like
our Chefs to serve it (before 8:00pm); it can be served with cream for $3.50 per
person. Tables for functions will be set with cutlery, napkins and placemats.

Please confirm your function at your earliest convenience, to ensure both the function
room you wish and the menu is available. Final numbers are to be confirmed 5 days
prior to the event, with full payment being paid 3 days prior to the event. If you or
your guests have any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten intolerant and
number of children), these are to be confirmed when your final numbers are

confirmed; 5 days prior to the event.
