PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS
From April 2014 ‐ Genotyping Specialist Europe
o Install, Train and Support our High Throughput Service Providers in Europe as well as our biggest AgBio accounts
(several Million US dollars revenue per year) on Axiom Automated Microarray genotyping platform and Eureka
Next Gen Sequencing platform,
o Work closely with our product development to adapt/fine tune our current solutions to our end user needs,
o Collaborate with our regional marketing to develop various strategies to support Genotyping sales in the
Western and Northern European territories (France, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Norway).
o Disseminate technical updates for Affymetrix and competitor Genotyping products to sales and support
colleagues

March 2012 to January 2014 ‐ Gene Expression Specialist Western Europe
o Work with regional marketing to develop strategies to support gene expression sales in the Western Europe
(France, Belgium, Spain and Switzerland).
o Devise application support packs to assist the Sales team to meet customer technical needs.
o Evaluate publications and other sources of information for grants or other information indicative of funding for
Expression based projects.
o Ensure that sales and support colleagues are adequately prepared through working with colleagues to review
sales strategies for key accounts, training and coaching to win sales on our gene expression platform.
