THE DIRECTORS OF IMOTLTD
CEO and founders of IMOTLTD, Agbogo Kalu
and Timothy Obisakin, created their company
to inspire the African diaspora’s to bring their
talents and ideas back home. Both Founders
are of Nigerian heritage, which equipped them
to have a unique perspective on the global
world. While Timothy takes pride being born
and raised in Nigeria, he was forced to reckon
with the poverty that surrounded him, fueling
him to want to make an impactful change and
empower his community. On the other hand,
Agbogo experienced the lifestyle of being a
Native of New York while still maintaining her
Nigerian culture. Having Nigerian parents,
they reminded her of the sacrifice and

better life for her and her siblings.
Both Directors envisioned the possibility of expanding several industries in Nigeria. As a
New Yorker, Director Agbogo experienced the over-saturation of resources in the USA
and thought to herself “why can’t we create these experiences in an environment that
needs those same resources.” Director Timothy has had the opportunity of experiencing
both Nigeria and New York. This prospect inspired him to be an agent of progressive
change for Nigeria, Africa, and the world.
Not only will these dynamic pair create innovative fun in Nigeria, but they are also
committed to humanitarian works and their social responsibility to their country. DGD
(Do Good Day) was created as a global movement starting in Nigeria to inspire people
from all walks of life to do good to impact lives. Through DGD, IMOTLTD has awarded
educational scholarships, donated household goods and materials to homeless shelter
and orphanages, and provided funding for other grass-root startups.
