What is ISIE?
ISIE (IMOTLTD Staff International Exploration) is an IMOTLTD initiative
established to reward the best performing staff of the year with two
international vacations, one in Africa and the other outside of Africa. The reward
system is created to recognize the efforts of top performing personnel and also
encourage other members of the team to give their best at all times.
The Directors of IMOTLTD conceptualized the idea ISIE. Having had the
opportunity of visiting several countries across the globe, getting inspired and
building useful networks, it was only right that members of their staff
experience the same. This way, they can add more values to their personal
development and that of the company as well. ISIE also fulfills the philosophy of
the company, which is to inspire the African dream and change the African
narrative positively.
In our bid to structure ISIE to function independently, an idea sprung up, and
ISIE took a new turn. ISIE is not just an initiative but now registered with the
Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as a travel and tourism company. For
every country that a member visits, he or she will be accompanied by a media
team of the visiting country to document the staff's travel experience. The
recorded pictures and videos will be promoted on our social media platforms
and print media to showcase the culture and lifestyle of the country.
Promoting images and videos of these countries will create awareness,
encourage, and bolster tourism. Therefore, for every country a staff visits they
get free tourism promotion via our social media platform, which potentially
increases tourism revenue through increased visits. We will also be employing a
photographer and videographer of the country the staff visits. They will get the
credit of shooting the experience, which will give them the right exposure they
need and enhance their profit growth.
ISIE Objectives
Reward the highest performing staff of the year with two (2) international trips.
Encourage other members of the staff always to put their best foot forward.
Promote the country of visit culture and lifestyle.
Create employment opportunities for an international media team.
Build a portfolio that can lead to partnerships.
