The Syspe/Index Juarez team prepared this Salary Analysis for Personnel with 0-365
   seniority only for Direct Employees; represented in 85 plants in the various manufacturing
   lines of business; various plant sizes, which are classified in three groups, 0-500, 501 to 1000
   and more than 1000, as well as the various geographical areas located in the city in 2021.

   The salaries for the January-April sample are considering the New Hire average, 0-30 days,
   090 days, 180 days and one year seniority represented in the described categories: Daily
   salary, Guaranteed and Non-guaranteed Weekly Salary.


   For January 2021, there are 323,391 registered employees in the Social Security (IMSS),
   presented by the manufacturing industry. They represent 66% of the economically active
   personnel in Cd. Juarez.


   For our sector, the city had 19,245 vacancies between the months of January to April 2021.


   As to Hiring Bonuses, we offered an average of $ 2,605.00 Mexican pesos and an average
   Referral Bonus of 1,340 Mexican pesos in the various dates mentioned.


   The Salary increase for Direct personnel produced an average of 12.21% for New Hire
   personnel. A 9.95% average for all Direct personnel positions and in general, the Direct,
   Indirect, Administrative and Staff categories offered a general average of 10.10%.


   The increase for benefits produced: Attendance percentage of 12.41, Punctuality Percentage of
   11.27%, Grocery bonus percentage was 12.58%, Bonus Percentage per Shift, Manufacture and
   Perfect Attendance is not representative because only two plants provided information. And
   as for the Certification Bonus, this time we did not have any participation.
