1. Click Contacts tab to add contacts to the current project.
2. To add the project to the contact click the box in the Linked column then it will pop
up the Select Projects window as shown in the next screen shot.

Select all the projects for which a particular contact is attached. Click the arrow then that
project will be added to the Linked Projects box.
