Connection Setup Wizard
1. Enter name in Connection Profile box and this will be your profile name
2. Click List Servers button
3. Click the drop down arrow in the Server Name box and then select SQL02
NOTE: You may enter the sever name directly into the Server Name line instead of
scrolling through the entire list.
