SEC Requests Comment on Amendment
to Information Collection on National
Market System Plan.

SEC has issued a notice to announce it is seeking
comment on an amendment to a collection of
information in relation to a National Market System
(NMS) Plan. On 04/27/2016, SEC published a notice
soliciting comments from the public on a NMS plan
to govern the creation, implementation, and
maintenance of a Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT)
and Central Repository for the collection of
information for NMS securities. SEC requests
comment on the new information collections noticed
in the CAT NMS Plan Order. SEC is also giving
notice that it has sent the amendment to OMB for
review. Comments are due 04/20/2017. The notice
