Benefits Express (online enrollment and benefits administration) – The ILFI Trust wants you to have access to the most
efficient way of enrolling employees, managing employee life event changes and reporting eligibility to carriers. The
convenient on-line access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Timeliness and accuracy are critical to
ensuring that claims are paid correctly for participants who are truly eligible for the plan.

Clemens and Associates will aid ILFI Trust members with planning, strategy, benchmarking, design, communication,
compliance and administration.
