2. Collection of comments gathered from the central legislation system (law.go.th) and CAAT’s website (caat.or.th) for analysis and preparation of the evaluation report during September-December 2024.
3. Distribution of the Air Navigation Act, B.E. 2497 (1954) as amended until Air Navigation Act (No.14) B.E. 2562 (2019) evaluation report on the 19th December 2024, the International Air Transport Act, B.E. 2558 (2015) evaluation report on the 20th December 2024, and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Emergency Decree B.E. 2558 (2015) evaluation report on the 26th December 2024 via the central legislation system (law.go.th).
4. Proposed the Air Navigation Act, B.E. 2497 (1954) as amended until Air Navigation Act (No.14) B.E. 2562 (2019) evaluation report on the 19th December 2024, the International Air Transport Act, B.E. 2558 (2015) evaluation report on the 20th December 2024, and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Emergency Decree B.E. 2558 (2015) evaluation report on the 27th December 2024 to the Ministry of Transport.

CAAT has conducted and distributed the legislative evaluation reports of the Air Navigation Act, B.E. 2497 (1954) as amended until Air Navigation Act (No.14) B.E. 2562 (2019), the International Air Transport Act, B.E. 2558 (2015), and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Emergency Decree B.E. 2558 (2015) within the 1 January 2025.
