เม้อวันที่่ 7 ม่นาคัม 2657 สำําานักงานการบิินพิ่ลเร้อน แห่งปีระเที่ศไที่ย (CAAT) จัด้การปีระชุ่มร่วม โคัรงการพิ่ัฒนา คัวามร่วมม้อเพิ่้อคัวามปีลอด้ภัยในการบิินและคัวามสำมคัวร เด้ินอากาศตั่อเน้อง ภ้มิภาคัเอเช่่ยแปีซึ่ิฟื้ิก (COSCAP-SEA) โด้ยม่นายช่าคัร่ย์ บิําารุงวงศ์ ที่่ปีรึกษาปีลัด้กระที่รวงคัมนาคัม นายขจรพิ่ัฒน์ มากลิน รองผู้้้อําานวยการสำําานักงานการบิินพิ่ลเรอ้ น แห่งปีระเที่ศไที่ย นายปีริยะ เวสำสำบิุตัร ผู้้้อําานวยการสำําานักงาน คัณ์ะกรรมการสำอบิสำวนอบิุ ตัั เิ หตัแุ ละอบิุ ตัั กิ ารณ์ข์ องอากาศยาน (สำสำอ.) และนายพิ่ัลลภ สำังข์ศิลปี์เลิศ ผู้้้อําานวยการสำําานักงานคัณ์ะกรรมการ คั้นหาและช่่วยเหล้ออากาศยานและเร้อที่่ปีระสำบิภัย (สำกช่ย.) พิ่รอ้ มคัณ์ะผู้แ้้ ที่น ได้้เขา้ รว่ มการปีระช่มุ กบิั Mr. Sudhir Kumar Singh หวั หนา้ ที่ปี่ รกึ ษาด้้านเที่คันคัิ โคัรงการCOSCAP-SEAโด้ยการปีระช่มุ คัรังน่เปี็นการหาร้อถึึงคัวามเปี็นไปีได้ในการให้การสำนับิสำนุน คัวามช่่วยเหล้อ สำสำอ. ในด้้านการปีรับิปีรุงและพิ่ัฒนาระบิบิ การสำอบิสำวนอุบิัตัิเหตัุและอุบิัตัิการณ์์ของอากาศยาน
นอกจากน่ ที่่ปีระชุ่มยังได้้หารอ้ ร่วมกันถึึงข้อบิกพิ่ร่องและ วิธ่ด้ําาเนินการแกไขข้อบิกพิ่ร่องให้ม่ปีระสำิที่ธิภาพิ่ ที่่จะสำามารถึ ยกระด้ับิคัะแนน Effective Implementation หรอ้ EI ด้้านการ สำอบิสำวนอุบิัตัิเหตัุและอุบิัตัิการณ์์ของอากาศยานของปีระเที่ศไที่ย ให้สำ้งขึน โด้ย Mr. Sudhir ได้ให้ข้อแนะนําาอันเปี็นปีระโยช่น์และ การสำนับิสำนุน และที่่ปีระชุ่มเห็นพิ่้องร่วมกันให้ม่การตัิด้ตั่อ ปีระสำานงานอย่างใกล้ช่ด้ิ เพิ่้อหารอ้ ในเรอ้ งด้ังกล่าว ซึ่ึงอาจรวมไปีถึึง ด้้านการคั้นหาและช่่วยเหล้ออากาศยานและเร้อที่่ปีระสำบิภัย อ่กในโอกาสำตั่อไปี
On 7 March, 2024, CAAT hosted meeting of The Cooperative Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness Programme - Southeast Asia (COSCAP-SEA), involving Mr. Chakree Bamrungwong, advisor of permanent secretary of Ministry of Transport, Mr. Kajonpat Maklin, Deputy Director General of CAAT, Mr. Pariya Wessabut, Director of The Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation Commission (AAIC), Mr. Pallop Sangsillert, Director of The Office of Search and Rescue Commission, and representatives, with Mr. Sudhir Kumar Singh, Head of technical advisor of COSCAP-SEA. The main focus of the meeting was to explore the feasibility of supporting The Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation Commission (AAIC) in enhancing its aircraft accident and incident investigation systems.
Additionally, the meeting addressed strategies for improving Thailand’s Effective Implementation (EI) score in the area of aircraft accident and incident investigation, in alignment with ICAO standards. Valuable recommendations and technical insights were provided by Mr. Sudhir, and the participants expressed their commitment to further collaboration in support of ongoing safety enhancements and future joint rescue initiatives.
