SITE LOCATION
The ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY MAIN CAMPUS is located on the Northwestern part of the Municipality of Echague – in Barangay San Fabian.. It is surrounded by the following barangays: Sinabbaran, San Antonio-
Ugad, Tuguegarao, Silauan Sur, Silauan Norte, Angoluan, and Malibago. It can be accessed through the Pan-Philippine Highway that connects it to the cities of Santiago and Cauayan. A part of the Cagayan River is within
a 5 km. distance from the campus.
