any other property as specified in ministerial
regulations (perennial trees). This law mandated the
establishment of Business Collateral Registration
Office with responsibilities to register, amend
registration details, and cancel the registration of
business collateral contracts, all in accordance
with the Business Collateral Act B.E. 2558 (2015).
The DBD has continually promoted access to funding
through this mechanism.

In 2025, the DBD undertook several important
projects. These included the signing ceremony for
a memorandum of cooperation concerning the
development of a Host-to-Host business collateral
contract registration system and the promotion
of using perennial trees as business collateral.
The DBD collaborated with the Bank for Agriculture
