โดยตลอดเก้ือบ 1 ทศวรรษ กรมได้เดินหน้า
ตามภารก้ิจด้านการรับจดทะเบียนสัญญาหลักประก้ัน
ทางธุุรก้ิจและด้านสงเสริม SME เข้าถ้้งแหลงทุน
มาอยางติอเนือง ซึ่่งจากสถ้ิติิการจดทะเบียนสัญญาหลัก
ประก้ันทางธุุรก้ิจ ติังแติวันที 4 ก.ค. 59 - 30 ส.ค. 68
มีจำนวนรวมทังสิน 893,345 คำขอ ม่ลคารวมก้วา
21 ล้านล้านบาท โดยได้มีการพัฒนาระบบจดทะเบียน
สัญญาหลักประก้ันทางธุุรก้ิจ (e-Secured) อยางติอเนือง
เพืออำนวยความสะดวกให้แก้สถาบันการเงิน อาทิ
การพัฒนาระบบจดทะเบียนสัญญาหลักประก้ันทางธุุรก้ิจ
ให้สามารถ้ยืนคำขอฯ ผู้านช้องทาง Web Service
แบบ Host to Host
Over nearly a decade, the DBD has consistently
pursued its mandate of registering business collateral
contracts and promoting SME access to funding.
According to statistics on business collateral contract
registrations from July 4, 2016, to September 30,
2025, a total of 893,345 registration applications have
been processed, with a combined value exceeding
THB 21 Trillion. The DBD has continually upgraded
the Business Collateral Contract Registration
(e-Secured) system to facilitate financial institutions,
for instance, by enhancing the system’s capability to
accept registration applications submitted via Host-
to-Host Web Service channels.
For the upcoming year’s operational direction,
the DBD plans to implement projects aimed at

enhancing the ability of Thai SMEs to easily access
funding. This will comprise three main activities - i.e.

“Business collateral” is not merely a legal
instrument; it is, in the long term, a critical key
to unlocking access to funding. Furthermore, it
represents a financial innovation that genuinely
addresses the needs of the SME business sector.
