พระราช้บัญญัติิข้อม่ลขาวสารของราช้ก้าร
พ.ศ. 2540 เป็นกฎหมายทีบัญญัติิข้นเพือรองรับสิทธุิ
ของประชาชนทีจะรับร่้ข้อม่ลขาวสารติางๆ เก้ียวก้ับ
การดำเนินการของรัฐ โดยให้ประชาชนสามารถแสดง
ความคิดเห็นและมีสวนรวมในการบริหารจัดการ
และตรวจสอบการใช้้อำนาจของรัฐ เพือให้การบริหารจัดการ
ภาครัฐมีความโปรงใส สามารถ้ติรวจสอบได้ อันจะทำให้
การดำเนินการของรัฐมีประสิทธุิภาพมาก้ยิงข้น
ในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 กรมพัฒนาธุุรก้ิจการค้า
ได้มีการปฏิบัติิตามพระราช้บัญญัติิข้อม่ลขาวสารของ
ราช้ก้าร พ.ศ. 2540 ดังนี
1. นำข้อม่ลขาวสารลงพิมพ์ในราช้ก้ิจจานุเบกษา
ตามมาตรา 7 แหงพระราช้บัญญัติิข้อม่ลขาวสารของ
ราช้ก้าร พ.ศ. 2540 ได้แก้
•
โครงสร้างและการจัดองค์กรในการดำเนินงาน
•
สรุปอำนาจหน้าทีทีสำคัญและวิธุีการดำเนินงาน
•
สถานทีติิดติอเพือขอรับข้อม่ลขาวสารหรือ
คำแนะนำในการติิดติอก้ับหนวยงานของรัฐ
• ก้ฎ ระเบียบ ประกาศ คำสังติาง ๆ ของ
ก้รมพัฒนาธุุรก้ิจการค้า
• ข้อม่ลขาวสารอืนตามทีคณะกรรมการข้อม่ล
ขาวสารของราช้ก้ารกำหนด
The Official Information Act, B.E. 2540 (1997)
is legislation specially enacted for recognising the
citizens’ right to access to information related to the
operations of State affairs and allowing members of
the public to express opinions on, and participate
in, the administration of State affairs and scrutinise
the exercise of State powers, with a view to ensuring
transparency, accountability and greater efficiency of
public administration.
In financial year 2025, the Department of
Business Development has undertaken activities in
compliance with the Official Information Act, B.E.
2540 (1997), as follows.
1. Publication of Official Information in the
Government Gazette. The Department of Business
Development has published official information in the
Government Gazette as required by Section 7 of the
Official Information Act, B.E. 2540 (1997), namely:
•
the Department’s operating structures and
management;
•
a summary of the Department’s important
powers and duties;
•
the Department’s contact address to
request information or seek advice on
contacting government departments;
•
the Department’s laws, by-laws, rules,
regulations, notifications and orders of the
Department of Business Development;
and
